Adasaurus was a robust, medium-sized Velociraptorine dromaeosaurid; growing up to an adult length of 2.4 meters (7.9 feet). The sickle-claw of Adasaurus was smaller than that of other dromaeosaurs, and it may have been more reliant on using it's jaws to seize prey. Other than these features, it was similar to other Velociraptorines; being lithe and lightly built. Adasaurus lived during the Maastrichtian epoch of the Late Cretaceous, in Mongolia.
